-- Select Changes -- DG goes to lab testing check error wont fit in box when copied add permenant labels in request feild the new case fields should always be empty when ever it is clicked on right now it is keeping the information on a previous patient the search doesnt find all patients with that last name it wont search by date of birth case search is broken wont search by mrn dob last name and first name only bring up one patient there is an error when I click on the DB link I tried adding a new doctor and it gave me an error message once i hit the submit button For some reason the anticmv is showing up with the other two cmv tests and it wasnt ordered also the chly and gc test result boxes arent showing up I think we talked about this before but the fields are blank on the printable form When a patient is accessioned for a nmdp test we would like a pop up reminding technician to ask if the patient has had an infusion or transfusion within the last 48 hours Also add a spot on the test results where we can answer yes or no to this question When E2 results print out we need to have two copies of the individual patient result sheets Detail New
